Donna M. Tortoretti is an accomplished health care entrepreneur. As the first CEO of who played a pivotal role in developing entrepreneurship within the school of nursing at a major university medical center. Donna was the first CEO at a Center for Nursing Entrepreneurship. In this role Donna developed over a 5 million dollar enterprise that fiscally supported a university school of nursing. She is recognized both nationally and internationally as a catalyst in new health care innovations, health promotion and entrepreneurial health care delivery systems.

Donna also developed unique health solutions that addressed predicative risk reduction, consumer self care management and chronic disease interventions for various populations. In addition, Donna has co-founded and successfully launched several health care start up businesses which have been successfully launched. She is a principal partner in 5 business ventures. She co-founded Workplace Vitality and has played an integral role in the concept, design and development since its inception July 2007. Donna has been president of Workplace Vitality since January 2009.

Ms. Tortoretti received her BSN and BA from Alfred University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She completed a Master's of Science in Health Systems Leadership from the University of Rochester with high honors. Donna has also accomplished post graduate studies in Biotechnology, Business and Entrepreneurship at the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester, the University of Syracuse-Whitman School of Management, Babson College-Center of Entrepreneurship and Harvard University's business school.

Eva Bellis is an accomplished leader in wellness programming and the delivery of innovative health care models. She is an expert in behavioral and physical health for the successful execution in client intervention. In addition, she has successfully utilized the latest technologies to drive positive outcomes.

Eva designed and successfully implemented an innovative health care model called Health Checkpoint which was administered through a large university medical center. Health Checkpoint was one of the first comprehensive health promotion management models provided in various community settings.

Eva collaborates with multiple senior level management teams to customize, design and deliver corporate wellness solutions that are employee responsive and fiscally advantageous. She has been recognized for her unique approach in developing relationships that result in successful corporate health strategies with positive return on investment.

Ms. Bellis co-founded Workplace Vitality and has led all aspects of the clinical operations since the inception of the company in 2007. She assumes the role of Vice President of Clinical Operations.

Eva received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing from Alfred University in 1979. Her practice specialty is behavioral and community health. She holds national certification in case management through the Case Management Society of America. Eva has functioned as a mentor in a leading school of nursing and visiting nurse association. She has also presented and contributed to publications which support nursing innovation and the importance of designing new models of care that meet consumer needs.

Rebecca Locke is a recognized leader in operations and organizational health planning. She has designed and executed successful mass community flu vaccination programs for the past several years in the Rochester area and outlying counties. Rebecca's experience and expertise in nursing and massage therapy allows her to design personal health plans that incorporate health strategies and complementary alternative therapies.

Prior to her career path in preventative health services, Rebecca has provided nursing services in neuropsychiatry, geropsychiatry and psychiatric medicine. She also played an integral role in the development and delivery of one of the first psychiatric home care programs in Western New York. Rebecca's practice expertise and community engagement has placed her as a recognized leader in designing community health care solutions.

Rebecca was appointed the Director of Flu Prevention Partners, a division of Workplace Vitality, in early 2009. Since then, she has expanded this division to provide wellness services from Buffalo to Syracuse.

Rebecca received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Vermont in 1991. She successfully completed and was licensed to Massage Therapy in 1996 from the New York Institute of Massage and also holds a certification in clinical research from the University of Rochester.
